Very poor customer experience here today.
I understood customers could deposit cash into their bank accounts at Postoffice’s, which includes coins. I was turned away because I had a £100 of coin to deposit. Very disappointing and not helpful at all, it’s no wonder customers are seeking other places to do their business.

I called in to today after putting off this job as absolutely not confident in dealing with something simple as a passport renewal as nothing is easy these days. I was greeted by Sue was totally amazing and honest in sharing with me what would be the most cost effective, easiest and stress free option. Sue dealt with all the online application from start to finish by taking my pictures rather than having them taken in the both on site and filled out the application and double checking that all the information I provided was correct. A massive thank you Sue as I feel you went over and above your job specifications and the establishment should be extremely proud of the service you provided.

Don’t get a job in customer service if you don’t want to help people. Bad attitudes; need more training. Avoid.
